I always frame solutions in a story-driven way, and we connected heavily with PlayerPursuits over their pursuit to become a valuable networking solution for golfers of all ages. With their tight resources, I learned about the importance of breaking down recommendations in actionable ways. We presented an entire redesign suite, vision-focused and story driven, with assets handed off successfully — with more time we would have implemented critical UX principles and saw the immediate change reach across the platform.
