Reflection
When you have to move quick, you must make a decision.
The biggest problem we faced as a group was landing on the "right decision." In all honestly, we likely never got there, but that's where I learned the most — our concept was exploratory, new, unique. The first iteration of a design should never be the same design you end up with. So in total: make your decisions based off the information you have, write them down, and make sure you make it easy to change down the road.
